Leica MP (Typ 240)

By far my favorite camera of all time, I started shooting with this amazing Leica in April of 2024. Using either my 23mm or 40mm primes, I enjoy the process of  using this rangefinder and the tones it produces. Having gotten the hang of manually focussing, it feels like I’m cheating when I pick up any other camera that has an autofocus system.

This is an amazing camera. The fixed 28mm, Summillux lens is fast and sharp. But, until you’ve shot with one of these, you really just don’t understand how special it is. It’s a Lecia; it’s amazing. Yeah. Super fun and inspiring every time I have it in my hands!

Sony A7C II

I have been using Sony’s Alpha 7 system for the past 10 years and have come to love it’s low light capability and super-fast autofocus system. Having owned and loved the A7, A7 Mk III, A7 RIV and A7C in the past, I am now using the A7C II, primarily for wildlife stills and videography. My favorite go-to primes are the 14mm & 24mm lenses. One of them is attached to my camera 95% of the time. The few primes and telephoto lenses I use, are listed below.
